Running room clinics are starting soon. There is no better way to kick start your running career in the new year than taking a running clinic at the Running Room.

Make it your New Years resolution.

I have taken many clinics before and loved every single one of them. The group encourages you in good and bad time and the friendships I made will last forever. I now feel part of the running community Ottawa.

Here are some of the clinics available this fall:

10 miler training program

Learn the benefits of the run/walk program.

10k training program

Take advantage of 10 and 1 program to complete your first 10k.

5km training program

A great follow up to the Learn to run program, or anyone interested in completing their first 5 km race.

For women only training program

A program specifically designed with the female athlete in mind.

Half marathon training program

Learn the benefit of the run/walk program to run your first half marathon.

Learn to run training program

Start off slow and finish off by running 20 minutes non-stop.

Marathon training program

Learn the benefit of the run/walk program to run your first marathon.

Triathlon training program

This clinic is for those wanting to finish their first sprint or Olympic distance.
