Answering the tough questions via a video campaign

There is no one who has more questions about your company then your customers or consumers. And rightly so. McDonalds recently decided to answer their customers questions.

Now, I don’t eat at McDonald’s and nor will I ever, but I thought this video campaign propegated through social media was pretty unique.

Here is a video of McDonald’s answering a customers client, they are pretty honest.
